Strictly Come Dancing favourite Wynne Evans has spoken out following his unexpected no-show on the companion programme It Takes Two on Wednesday night. Wynne and his dance partner Katya Jones had been due to appear on the BBC Two show.

Fleur East had previously confirmed Wynne would be on the show, but host Janette Manrara confirmed that plans had changed and the pair would no longer be in the studio, although did not address the sudden change. She said: "If you've got any questions like, 'Why are Chris and Dianne on when yesterday we said it was going to be Wynne and Katya? ' It's live TV, guys. You've got to roll with it, alright? Just roll with it."

Wynne took to his Instagram stories late on Wednesday after missing the TV show. He reposted a clip from Katya of him sipping from a Tottenham themed mug on a sofa, with her asking "why?" and Wynne responding: "Because I support Spurs."

However, JB Gill looks like he could be safe for another week after his Week 9 exit price drifted from 5/1 second favourite to 10/1 with Ladbrokes.
