The Traitors star Minah Shannon has issued an emotional update after last night's thrilling episode. The 29-year-old Scouser has emerged as a fan favourite to win the BBC show with her approach to the game so far.

Minah once again managed to evade suspicion at the roundtable on Friday as Leon was the latest contestant to be banished. The elimination means Minah has progressed into the final stages of the third season as she nears closer to the whopping cash prize.

The Liverpudlian has been sharing updates on Instagram to reflect on her journey on the show. After Friday's tense roundtable, the remaining contestants were invited to a dinner party when they spoke about how they would spend their potential winnings.

Minah reflected on the episode on social media today as she said she can't believe she managed to progress into the last three episodes of this series. She said: "This has been an emotional week, that dinner was just what we needed.

"Cannot believe I’ve made into the final week of traitors!! May I add photo 4 was my favourite Claudia look." Followers took to the comments and said they are backing Minah to go all the way.

Emmerdale star Michelle Hardwick said: "We’re so rooting for you in our household." Gogglebox star Daniel Lustig added: "Definitely top traitor."

However, other fans are worried Minah may now not make it to the final after playing such an impressive game so far. The contestant has recently recruited Charlotte to be a fellow Traitor and is very confident she has earned her trust.

However, exchanges off screen have revealed Charlotte may not be as loyal as what Minah hopes. Viewers following the show on social media platform X are now convinced Charlotte could throw Minah under the bus to save herself at a roundtable in the final week.

Season two contestant Paul Gorton, who was betrayed by eventual winner, Harry Clark, said: "Minah is doing a me here. Total trust in Charlotte she’ll be blindsided, absolutely get it. Mad how similar it looks."

Samantha said: "Minah is too trusting of Charlotte" @Geesays1 added: "I am nervous. I don't want Minah to go. But I think she picked the wrong person by picking Charlotte."

Susan posted: "I wouldn't trust Charlotte. She's gonna go for Minah at next Wednesday's round table along with everyone else." Dylan posted: "I will NOT be happy if Charlotte throws Minah under the bus! Minah I hope you’re two steps ahead" The Traitors continues on BBC One at 9pm on Wednesday.
