Beagle Enjoys Relaxing Raft Ride Off Florida Coast

An adorable beagle enjoyed a relaxing raft ride on August 1, as temperatures reached more than 90 degrees Fahrenheit off the coast of Gulfport, Florida, the dog’s owner said.

George Cavanaugh captured this video of his mini beagle, Stormieee. He told Storyful they live on a catamaran but Stormieee doesn’t like to swim.

“The boat is only 200-yards from shore.” Cavanaugh said. "Sometimes I swim to shore and this is how Stormieee gets there. I pull her behind me.

A yellow weather warning for heavy rain has been issued for large parts of the UK this weekend, threatening flooding and disruption. The Met Office warning is in place from 9pm Saturday evening until 6pm Sunday, and covers almost the entire lower part of England and Wales, reaching as far up as Sheffield and stretching across from Immingham in Lincolnshire down to Tenby in Pembrokeshire.
