A beautiful commuter town in Warwickshire boasts homes costing less than £375,000 as well as Regency architecture, amazing places to eat and some of the best pubs around. Leamington Spa is just two hours from London and is an increasingly popular place to live.
It's got beautiful Regency architecture as well as lovely parks and great places to eat and drink. Perhaps surprisingly, it's also growing as a gaming hub, with around 32 video game companies moving to the historic spa town.
And according to lifestyle website Muddy Stilettos, it's a great place to both live and to visit, whatever your age. Leamington Spa is home to a range of independent restaurants, from fine dining to great pizzas, making it an ideal place for almost anyone.

Best pubs and things to do in Leamington Spa
There are enough cool bars around that you won't miss the buzz of places like Hackney - Fizzy Moon Brewhouse has its own microbrewery and 150 gins to choose from - and plenty of pubs too. The Newbold Comyn Arms is a multi award-winning family pub that even includes a children's park, and an outdoor hut which serves street food and soft drinks.
For such an idyllic town, it's unsurprising that there's plenty of community events going on, from the Art in the Park festival to the Leamington Food & Drink Festival. At Christmas there's a lantern parade and a Santa dash, to keep locals amused.

For young families, it's a great place to settle down too as there are some great schools nearby. Secondaries also rated Good include North Leamington and Trinity Catholic School.
