Beck announces surprise gig at London’s Electric Ballroom this Thursday

Beck has announced a surprise show at London’s Electric Ballroom this Thursday night.

The musician previously played a surprise show at Omeara on Sunday night, and announced today that he would be returning to the capital on October 12.

Tickets go on sale from 10am on Tuesday, October 10 and can be bought here.

Speaking to Steve Lamacq on BBC 6 Music this afternoon, Beck announced the news by saying that he enjoyed the intimate gig so much on Sunday that he’d decided to stop off at the Camden venue on

The show comes ahead of the release of his new album Colours, which is out this Friday, October 13.

Beck’s last studio album Morning Phase was released in 2014, and widely lauded by critics.
