Bedminster restaurant welcomes MasterChef finalist for fried chicken pop-up
A Bristol restaurant sister to a popular wine bar has reopened after a revamp, ready to welcome customers for its fifth birthday. And Kitchen by KASK, on North Street in Bedminster, will welcome Bristol's own MasterChef contestant from today (September 5) to run a two-week fried chicken and waffles pop-up.
Adam Ball, from Barr's Court, was a finalist on MasterChef's 2023 series. Having had a pop-up in Kong's of King Street earlier this year, Adam has reworked his menu for his appearance at KASK, with new additions red Thai and Korean and buffalo blue maple-glazed chicken and waffles.
Adam's signature 'million-layer potatoes', approved by critic Jay Rayner, will also be on the menu. To add to the new KASK experience, the bar has opened its garden for alfresco dining.
