Yahoo News Bella Hadid Wears Her Signature Tiny Cardigan Look in Versace's Latest Campaign
Bella Hadid stars in the new ad campaign for Versace's upcoming Virtus bag collection—and she does so in one of her signature teeny-tiny cardigans.
In the images, the model poses in a monochromatic ensemble embellished with gold accents that match the gold chains on the brand's cross-body bags. Her ab-baring cardi—worn over a black bra and skirt—is accessorized with gold bracelets and earrings, in addition to a black leather belt with Versace's gold Medusa-head logo engraved on its buckle. Keeping with the fashion-forward look, she wears her black hair in a sleek yet voluminous bob.
Versace shared the photo of Hadid on Instagram yesterday. "Goddess unleashed," the caption read. "The #VersaceVirtus collection takes its name from the Roman deity symbolizing strength and courage. @bellahadid channels her inner and outer goddess in the new campaign."
"An Honor every single time," Hadid commented on the post.
Bella's tiny sweater look was among the hottest trends of the summer. Megan Fox was spotted in the style back in August, wearing a fiery-red version with a matching skirt by Jacquemus, while other celebrities including Emily Ratajkowski and Hailey Bieber also showed off their own takes on the look.
Hadid wore another sultry all-black ensemble on Saturday night, this one a '90s-inspired vintage Gucci look from the label's spring-summer 1998 collection. She was reportedly out to celebrate her 25th birthday at a club in New York, following a Mediterranean feast with family. Dua Lipa, who celebrated with Hadid in New York, posted a tribute to the model on her Instagram Story, which featured a video of Hadid dancing at the venue. "Birthday girl dancin queen gorgey inside out," the singer wrote.
Older sister Gigi Hadid also commemorated her sister with a sweet post on Instagram, a rare photo of Bella holding Khai Hadid Malik, daughter of Gigi and boyfriend Zayn Malik. "We celebrate you today and every day @bellahadid," Gigi wrote in the caption. "She's my baby sister but also a firecracker of a spiritual body guard 😅 and a forever protector as an auntie. I have so much pride watching you take ownership of your growth and fulfillment, and I know everything that you have created for yourself will bring you the year of joy and light you deserve !!!!!!"
