Beluga spotted in Washington in first sighting since 1940

For the first time in 81 years, a beluga whale has been spotted off the coast of Washington, in the waters of Puget Sound. The marine mammal has been seen at least six times since Sunday (October 3) and is more than 1,000 miles away from its natural habitat.
