From Good Housekeeping

If your favourite parts of Ben & Jerry's ice cream are the deliciously moreish cookie dough nibbles sprinkled throughout, you're in luck. The brand have announced they're selling their Cookie Dough Chunks as a separate snack all on its own, for the first time.

The Fairtrade Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Chunks have the same "sticky, smooshy" texture as the original chunks you know and love, which were initially created as part of Ben & Jerry's beloved Cookie Dough ice cream.

The new Cookie Dough Chunks come in 170g bags (that's enough for six servings a bag) and can be found in the freezer aisle. They're safe to eat raw as the addictive treat is made from pasteurised eggs and heat-treated flour.

"Ice cream fans have been calling out and asking us to ‘free the chunks’ for a while now, so we’re delighted to be able to give them what they want!" said Flavour Guru, Helder Silva. "During a test in the US, bags flew off the shelves! Now, dough fans in Europe can get a chunk of the action."

You can get your hands on the new Cookie Dough Chunks in retailers nationwide, from today.

The news comes hot on the heels of another launch from Ben & Jerry's - the decadent new Netflix & Chilll'd ice cream flavour packed with peanut butter, pretzels and fudge brownies.
