Nothing beats a modern-day fix for an age-old problem. And is there any problem worse than fumbling to turn off a lamp when you're trying to go to sleep? Or fumbling to turn on a lamp when something goes bump in the night? (OK, yes, there are worse problems. But this is still a big one!)
Thankfully, there's a cheap and easy solution: Toss your 20th-century bedside lights in favor of touchable ones. We've got a 2-pack of them for 50 percent off, along with some other don't-miss Amazon deals, all corralled below.
By the way, you don’t need an Amazon Prime subscription to get these deals, nor to get free shipping — though if you want them delivered quickly, within a day or two, consider signing up for a free 30-day Prime trial.
Ready for some music, baby? The MusiBaby speaker could get by on its amusing name alone, but it's the price that'll make you want to get up and dance. At $22 it's already the best deal on record, but clipping the 5 percent-off coupon drops it even lower: Just under $21.
Modeled in a cheery blue color and designed to go where you go (it promises up to 1,500 minutes of play time on a charge), the speaker features 360-degree audio, an IPX5 waterproof rating (you can splash it, but don't dunk it) and support for second-speaker pairing. (In other words, if you buy two of these, you can use them simultaneously for true stereo sound.)
We haven't tried this model, but over 4,100 Amazon buyers collectively rated it 4.4 stars out of 5. One thing to note: It relies on Micro-USB charging rather than the newer USB-C technology, but that's a minor inconvenience at best.
How do you know when it's time for a router upgrade? When your current router is more than 4-5 years old or you're just not getting good Wi-Fi coverage throughout your house.
TP-Link's model, currently $22 off the regular price, ticks all the important home-network boxes: three external antennas, support for 2.4GHz and 5GHz devices and four Ethernet ports for plugging in devices that might benefit from a wired connection (such as TV streamers and game consoles).
Most telling of all, the router earned a genuinely impressive 4.5-star average rating from well over 50,000 buyers. If you're looking for an affordable Wi-Fi upgrade, this is definitely worth a look.
Fumbling with bedside lamps is so 20th-century. Here in 2021, you can literally just touch a lamp to turn it on or off. You can also plug your phone right into it for overnight charging, because, again, 2021.
Beginning to see the light? (Sorry. So, so sorry.) Here's a 2-pack of dimmable touch lamps for $33 when you apply the correct promo code at checkout. (Use NG3PZP9J if you want the version with gray shades, DIOFD95P to get them with white shades.)
Not only are these 3-way dimmable (touch once for low light, again for medium, again for bright), they also come with two USB ports and an AC outlet, meaning you now have an easy place to plug in your clock radio, smart display or what have you. They even include LED bulbs, though you can swap in any standard E26 bulb if you prefer.

Thousands of middle-class Lebanese families have moved overseas since the August 4, 2020, blast that rocked the city of Beirut.
