Best dressed at the SAG Awards 2020: Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Sophie Turner and Zoë Kravitz lead the way

The 26th Screen Actors Guild Awards, which took place in Los Angeles last night, were as much a celebration of fashion as they were of Hollywood's most loved stars.

Among the luminaries who descended on the Shrine Auditorium for the annual event were Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Margot Robbie and an ultra-glamorous Catherine Zeta-Jones.

And it seemed that glamorous gowns were the main sartorial theme of the night.

There was Laura Dern, who wore a structural Stella McCartney design, Zoë Kravitz in classic Oscar de la Renta and Sophie Turner, who looked every inch the bombshell in a hot pink Louis Vuitton offering.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who won the award for Best Comedy Actress for Fleabag, made a strong case for why crop tops belong on the red carpet in Armani Privé.

Charlize Theron also got the crop top memo, as she sported a silver Givenchy Haute Couture look, choosing to accessorise with a string of Tiffany & Co. diamonds in her hair.

Elsewhere, a statement two-piece was also a popular choice among the female attendees.

Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown opted for a white Louis Vuitton gown, which she styled over a pair of co-ordinating white trousers and matching court shoes.

Similarly, Winona Ryder, who also stars in Stranger Things, sported a statement-making Dior ensemble, which consisted of a wool jacket, neck tie and tiered tulle skirt.
