When it comes to Easter chocolate we all have our personal preferences, whether it's tradition for your family to get a personalised Thorntons chocolate egg or if it's simply not an egg hunt without finding a Lindt chocolate bunny at the end.

Easter eggs from Cadbury, Nestle and more have been lining the supermarket aisles since January and if you want to get your hands on the good stuff, you've got to be speedy.

Add butter and stir until melted. Stir in flour. Slowly stir in chicken broth. Return chicken back to the pan and bring to a boil. Season well with Better Than Bouillon (optional), salt and pepper. Remove from heat and place pie dough over the top. Brush with egg wash and cut 5 slits to vent. Season with a little salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
