'Best thing on Netflix' to watch before ambitious new series
Episodes from a series dubbed by fans as the 'best thing on Netflix' is the best way to prepare ahead of the release of an ambitious new series.
A new anthology is coming very soon to Amazon Prime. Secret Level will adapt more than a dozen video game franchises. The show will tell original stories as well as expanding on existing worlds.
It comes from the same creative minds as Netflix's Love, Death + Robots. That series was also an anthology that told unique tales, predominantly inspired by sci-fi worlds. Some of its episodes were even penned by popular authors like Jon Scalzi and Ken Lieu.
The animated show varies in both the tales it tells and the animation style it adopts. It means that there are episodes for just about everyone across its three volumes on the streaming platform.
In fact, the episodes are so different from on another that Netflix conducted an experiment upon its original release. The order they would appear differed from user to user although it was never confirmed what parameters were being used, if any, to decide the order. It is believed to have been altered by Netflix in 2019 to the order that is seen by all users today.
