Soap fans get an emotional goodbye documentary to Coronation Street's Norris on ITV tonight as the Weatherfield legend prepares to bow out.
Jamie Oliver is back with his latest show, designed to get you back in the kitchen and sharing food with friends again, on Channel 4.
BBC Two celebrates one of the nation's favourite lockdown pastimes with Take A Hike and launches new sitcom Alma's Not Normal.
Meanwhile, culture vultures missing their trips abroad can explore New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art – AKA the Met – on BBC Four with Inside America's Treasure House.
Coronation Street Icons – ITV – 8pm
Corrie fans will be all too aware that this week marks the end of an era as Malcolm Hebden, who plays Norris Cole, retires after 27 years.
Norris is set for his screen death on Wednesday and tonight's tribute sees Sally Lindsay narrate a look back over his time on the cobbles, full of busybody gossip and disapproving looks.
We'll see Hebden himself and his co-stars give their favourite memories about Norris as his time in Weatherfield draws to a close.
Jamie Oliver: Together – Channel 4 – 8pm
If there's one TV chef who actually makes his recipes look achievable for the average home cook, it's Jamie Oliver.
He returns tonight with his latest series Together, which encourages us to put down the takeaway menu and rustle up feasts to share with family and friends.
Who knows, we might even get the chance to try out some of the recipes on our loved ones over Christmas this year.
Take A Hike – BBC Two – 6.30pm
From cooking to another lockdown obsession for many – walking.
Take A Hike challenges five walkers each week to win the prize for best hike as they take it in turns to lead the group on a route of their choosing.
Each hiker will be judged on their choice of walk, views, entertainment and picnic, as comedian Rhod Gilbert narrates.
Inside America's Treasure House: The Met – BBC Four – 9pm
If you're pining for a cultural city break in these travel-restricted times, you won't want to miss BBC Four's look inside New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The museum's collections are fascinating enough in their own right, but this documentary also sees the curators putting together new exhibitions just before coronavirus struck, shutting the Met down for five months.
Alma's Not Normal – BBC Two – 10pm
Tonight BBC Two launches brand-new sitcom Alma's Not Normal, with the first episode adapted from a pilot that comedy fans might have seen last year.
Rebellious Alma is trying to get over a break-up, but with her heroin-addicted mother having been sectioned for arson and her grandmother washing her hands of the situation, there's more than heartbreak on her mind.
Sophie Willan writes and stars in this Bolton-set comedy.
