The Crazy in Love hitmaker took to Instagram on Friday, two days after celebrating her 43rd birthday on 4 September. "I'm so grateful for another year. Thank you for the loving birthday wishes." As part of her post, the Texas Hold 'Em hitmaker shared a series of photos of her celebrating her birthday in a tropical location. The snaps included photos of her posing in front of a picturesque backdrop with balloons, as well as photos of her lounging on a sofa with her husband of 16 years, Jay-Z.
