'Biblical': Heavy Rain Causes Flooding in Southeast Ireland

The Irish government has offered to provide humanitarian assistance to residents who suffered as a result of flooding in New Ross, Ireland, on August 15.

Gerard Murphy recorded footage of what he described as a “biblical downpour” in New Ross, saying that he had “never seen anything like it” in his life.
