Justin Bieber has been involved in a car collision that saw a pedestrian struck down.

The popstar was leaving The City Church in Beverly Hills last night (July 26), surrounded by paparazzi, when his vehicle hit a 57-year old man, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Bieber, who appears to have been the driver, stayed on the scene and was reportedly fully cooperative with police. The man who was hit – reportedly a photographer – "was transported with non-life threatening injuries".

Digital Spy has reached out to Bieber's representatives for comment.

The singer is shown driving his Hummer slowly from the church, swarmed by paparazzi, in footage posted online. The video shows the person in question being struck, with Justin subsequently leaving his car to speak with him.

It is being reported that paramedics were called following the incident at the intersection of Hamilton Drive and Wilshire Boulevard at the Saban Theater.

Further video footage posted online shows Bieber at the scene.

"The driver of the vehicle stayed and spoke to the officers and they conducted the investigation," the BHPD watch commander said. "The driver has since left."

Meanwhile, earlier this week the singer cancelled the remainder of his Purpose world tour, subsequently apologising.

"I love you guys, I think you guys are awesome," he said. "I'm sorry for anybody who feels, like, disappointed or betrayed, it's not in my heart or anything and have a blessed day."
