Big Brother is chugging towards the end of its final series on Channel 5, and they are keeping the twists and turns coming.

At the end of last night's (October 19) eviction show, Emma Willis dropped the bombshell that there'll be another nominations twist next week, where the evicted housemate won't just be decided by the public vote.

"Next week the game is reversed," Emma teased. "On Sunday, it's nomination twist time as for the first time ever they're going to be giving positive nominations.

"They'll have to decide who their favourite housemates are and those with the fewest votes will join your nominees."

This means that Sunday's show will see the housemates make 'positive nominations', voting for their favourite contestant on the show. As viewers will also be voting for their favourite housemates in the final Secret Viewers' Nomination, the three contestants with the lowest amount of votes overall will be next to face eviction.

Last night's show featured a 'week in a night' twist that, in the most basic terms, meant that we had a double eviction. A fun change, although viewers weren't happy that one housemate wasn't able to be nominated and that wasn't mentioned beforehand.

Viewers also weren't entirely happy that the second evicted housemate didn't leave because of the public vote but because of one particular housemate's decision.

Said housemate (we're not going to spoil who in this article, but click through and you'll find out) blasted the twist, exclusively telling Digital Spy that they found the whole thing very unfair and that the choice to evict them was "more jealousy than genuine".

Will that decision affect these positive nominations? How will the double eviction affect the house dynamic?

Stay tuned for the next exciting episode of Big Brother, Sunday at 10pm on Channel 5.
