Sunday night's Big Brother episode didn't just include the biggest house brawl of the series. Tom Barber also got a formal and final warning for "sexual intimidation".

After play-fighting with a naked Lotan Carter in the bedroom overnight – the same Lotan who's now been kicked out the house – Tom went too far when he threw Lotan on top of Savannah O'Reilly, who was sleeping, and forced Lotan's genitals near her face.

Savannah told Big Brother the next day that she actually wasn't upset about the incident as "boys will be boys".

But that didn't stop Big Brother from calling Tom to the Diary Room and handing him a formal and final warning.

"Tom, before you entered the Big Brother house the rules regarding unacceptable behaviour were explained to you," Big Brother began.

"Last night in the bedroom when Lotan was naked, you pushed him on top of Savannah who was in bed, you then turned Lotan around bodily, so that his naked lower body was in close proximity to Savannah's head.

"You persisted despite Savannah and Lotan telling you to stop. This is an example of sexual intimidation and a gross invasion of another housemate's personal space.

"You forced someone's genitals into close proximity to another person in a apparent attempt at humour. You invaded both Savannah and Lotan's personal space in a forceful way.

"Big Brother thinks this is totally unacceptable and a breach of the Big Brother rules. As a result of your conduct Big Brother is now giving you a formal and final warning."

It just so happens that Tom could be on his way out of the house this week anyway, as ALL of the housemates are now up for eviction following Lotan's exit.

Big Brother continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 5, followed by Bit on the Side at 11.05pm.
