Big Brother contestant from Cornwall risks being 'most annoying'
The first contestant on ITV's new series of Big Brother is from Cornwall and risks being the "most annoying". Rosie, one of the 16 new housemates entering the iconic house, has traded her life in the West Country for the chance to win a huge £100,000 cash prize.
The new series of Big brother returned over the weekend, and the first housemate made quite the impression. During Sunday's launch show, housemate Rosie made a really noisy entrance to the house.
The 29-year-old dental assistant got fans into a frenzy as she made her way into the house. Walking from the car to the entrance, Rosie continuously screamed before shouting, 'OMG' while high fiving the crowd.

As she made it onto the stage to speak to hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, AJ joked: "You were clearly lapping it up on the way up here".
Rosie, who is originally from Essex, excitedly replied: "I can't believe it, I can't believe it, thank you for having me, I can't, I can't even believe this, it's insane."
Ahead of her TV debut, the dental assistant spoke to ITV about why she wanted to become a Big Brother housemate. She said: "This is something I’ve always wanted to do and I know it’s so easy to say but it’s the best opportunity. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I can’t even believe it’s happening! I’m hoping it’s going to be a little something different.
"I think I’m going to bring positive energy. I am a good listener and I can be there to support people - I’m a supportive person. I’m quite an enthusiastic person so if people are feeling a bit low, I can get them back on track."
When asked if she has a 'strategy' to ensure she sees the final, Rosie said: "No! I think it’s about being your most authentic self. The viewers aren’t dumb - they can sniff out manufactured drama".
After garnering some negative attention from her first appearance, Rosie said she can be "chaotic" and might find herself put up for eviction. Rosie said: "If people get to know me, I’m so calm and chill but I can come across quite chaotic. I think I’d probably be nominated for being the most annoying."
Rosie also revealed the heart-warming reason she wanted win the £100K prize. She said: "I have a few friends that I’d love to pay for them to have IVF treatment.
"I would also like to help people with mental health issues. I like helping people anyway but if I had money I’d be in a better position to do that. I’d also love to help dog charities - I love dogs!"
Elsewhere during Sunday's launch show, King Charles' former butler, Nathan, 24, entered the house. He said ahead of joining the show: "I was Prince [King] Charles’ butler. I think that’s one thing that will definitely surprise people."
Big Brother continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV X.
