Emma Willis and Rylan Clark-Neal presenting live TV together on a Friday night? No, Big Brother hasn't made its long-awaited return.

But the reality competition's Channel 5-era presenters were back together on telly on Friday (March 13) for the first time since the Big Brother finale in 2018 for a very special reason.

The duo were hosting a stretch of the BBC's charity appeal Sport Relief along with Oti Mabuse on BBC One – so, sadly nobody was getting called to the Diary Room or getting back-door evicted.

Rylan was still amazed by the reunion, admitting: "I still can't believe they chose me to host a sport-based show!"

Seeing Emma and her former Bit on the Side host was also exciting for so many Big Brother fans who have never given up hope of seeing the series return.

"Emma and Rylan on Friday night live TV??? #SportsRelief2020 been a long time," one person tweeted, while another added: "Awwww Emma and Rylan presenting together. Big Brother feels."

Below are some more Big Brother fans relishing the nostalgia:

Unfortunately, there is no news yet on whether fans will be seeing Emma Willis and Rylan Clark-Neal back together on Big Brother soon. Channel 4 recently denied it was planning to reboot the show's celebrity format.

Emma does seem hopeful of Big Brother returning one day, having recently said: "I think we all miss it – especially in January. It was the celeb version.

"It filled up January, [but] needed its time to have a little break… Maybe one day it will come back."
