Big Brother fans are feeling sorry for one housemate
Big Brother viewers are feeling that Akeem Griffiths is being treated unfairly by the other housemates, especially after the show's latest twist.
This weekend saw the housemates being given the chance to bid on a secret power, with Akeem ultimately winning.
It was later revealed that he would be given the Power of Knowledge, with the news that this week would be positive nominations.
However, the good news stopped there as in scenes aired during last night's (October 22) episode, Big Brother gave Akeem more information that "no other housemate has access to" – he himself had received no positive nominations, and thus faces eviction.
"Not the best result, but I've got to cope with it," he then admitted.
However, many viewers at home are not happy with the fact Akeem had received no positive nominations, arguing that he is one of the most positive housemates.
"Why doesn't Akeem get any support from the house? He has only ever been friendly helpful and encouraging to everyone, even when they treat him like shit!?" one viewer wrote.

Another added: "I actually felt really sorry for Akeem – regardless what game you play, hearing no one gave you a positive nom would be hurtful. Voted yes as I do think he should be in the final".

it must have been so hurtful that no one gave Akeem a positive nomination and he was the only one without a positive. he is always positive and motivating others even when they treat him like shit. he deserves so much more #bbuk

I feel so bad for Akeem, he just takes it all on the chin. He deserves to win. #bbuk

I think it is important we vote yes to Akeem deserving a place in the final. If you like him or not. We don’t need a sad Akeem this week ! #BBUK

The twist has also seen Akeem given the power to ask the outside world one question, the contestant opting for whether he deserved to be in the final.
Big Brother continues tonight (October 23) at the later time of 10.15pm on Channel 5.
