Big Brother contestant Rebecca Jane has become the third housemate to be evicted from the house.

The businesswoman left the show after being nominated alongside Chanelle, Hannah and Joe earlier in the week.

Jane received the least votes from the public and had to say goodbye to her fellow housemates.

The eviction came as a shock for the contestants, who were unaware that an eviction would be taking place until presenter Emma Willis announced live to the house that the person with the fewest votes and third to be evicted was Rebecca.

Immediately after the announcement, Rebecca left the house, greeted by boos from the crowd.

Speaking to Willis in her exit interview Jane said being evicted was “disappointing”. “It is what it is. I was expecting massive boos! It was fine.”

The 32-year-old was quick to point the finger at other housemates who she felt deserved to be kicked off the show instead, commenting: “Joe or Hannah need to be sat here."

She also shared her thoughts on controversial housemate Chanelle who caused a divide in the house this week by playing an egg-smashing prank. "Chanelle is a dark horse. She is in Deborah and Hannah's camp. I'm not shocked by her nomination," she added.

Jane didn’t hold back when it came to revealing her thoughts on nightclub owner Joe either, with whom she came to blows on several occasions, stating: "I'm true to myself! He's a horrible man. He went lower than low. He gives his opinion and doesn't care about others."

Big Brother continues tonight at 10.30 pm on Channel 5.
