Whether you know him from Big Brother, The X Factor, Supermarket Sweep, or one of his many other projects, it's fair to say that Rylan Clark-Neal is a TV icon.

Despite the presenter's undeniable success – and his new role on the BBC's confidence-boosting You Are What You Wear – Rylan has admitted that he'll never feel entirely "content" with his own appearance.

Opening up about his experience with Botox and fillers, Rylan told The Mirror that he supports anyone who is "genuinely unhappy" with their appearance and wants to change it, but conceded that he has previously "gone too far with procedures".

"I've always been open with the things I do, whether it's dying my hair or having aesthetic procedures," he explained.

"I'm not saying surgery is great and Botox is fantastic and fillers are amazing, but if you are genuinely unhappy with something and you're in a position to change it, then I don't think people need to be vilified for that."

But although Rylan is all for the occasional touch-up, he also revealed that his growing confidence hasn't led to total contentment.

"I definitely feel more confident, but I don't think I'll ever be content," he shared. "That's just who I am. I've realised that maybe I'll never be content and that's alright."

The This Morning favourite is currently fronting a(nother) reality show on BBC One in You Are What You Wear, where people in need of a wardrobe revamp run riot in a dream department store accompanied by five of the UK's top stylists.

You Are What You Wear continues tonight (July 2) at 8pm on BBC One.
