Big Feed bringing exciting new event to Paisley in bid to showcase local talent
A new Vinyl and Vintage event is coming to Paisley this weekend.
The iconic brand Big Feed will be bringing a new market concept to Paisley Town Hall this Sunday, December 1 and are also offering free stalls to local businesses and performance spots to local artists.
Big Feed are usually found serving up incredible international food from trucks at major events like TRNSMT, so of course the street food will be out in full force.

This weekend, vendors in Paisley will be selling classic records and CDs, memorabilia, clothing, trainers and much more.
Big Feed’s Calvin Crichton said: “Vinyl & Vintage is the first in a series of markets from Big Feed combining some of the biggest names in vintage clothing, vinyl records, DJ merchandise and street-food. We tested the market with a small event at our home in Golf It! which was incredibly popular so we knew we could go much bigger.
“We have purposefully kept some stalls behind for Paisley businesses, which we’re offering free of charge. Any businesses from the area who want to exhibit should get in touch with Big Feed directly – mail us at manager@big-feed.com.
“We want to showcase as much Paisley talent as possible, so we’re 100% open to giving local talent the opportunity to play at Vinyl & Vintage too – just get in touch.”
And businesses and fans alike have been buzzing to sign up, with very limited spots remaining.
Calvin said: “We have heavy-hitters Sneakers ER and GPS Vintage bringing along their carefully curated preloved and reworked garments.
“We have traders coming from as far as Aberdeen and Dundee to attend, so expect an eclectic mix.
“Guests can expect vendors selling the highest quality vintage clothes from brands such as Stone Island, Carhartt, Nike, Adidas and many more. We’ll have vinyl on offer to suit all tastes and genres, with Berkeley Suite resident DJs soundtracking the whole day with their own handpicked selection of records.
“We have a great relationship with The Berkeley Suite so pairing with them for Vinyl & Vintage was a no brainer. We wanted to showcase their resident talent who are the unsung heroes of the club. It’s a great feeling to have two Glasgow institutions join forces to deliver such a unique event.
“Big Feed will of course have our signature street food on offer and the bars will be slinging out everything from mojitos to frozen margaritas.
“Our signature street food trucks won’t squeeze through the doors of the Town Hall, so we’ve handpicked a small but quality menu to be on offer throughout the day, all prepared fresh in the kitchen.
“Paisley Town Hall is a stunning venue which has just recently undergone a £22 million redevelopment - the OneRen team are fantastic and are just as excited about this event as we are. Paisley deserves more events like this as so often people have to travel to Glasgow to experience them.”

"We know that times are tough for everyone, and so events like Vinyl & Vintage where you can grab a bargain on premium brands as well as enjoying world-class street food and drinks are definitely the way forward.
“The beauty of Vinyl & Vintage is that it caters to a variety of interests; whether that’s the fashion-forward crowd, music heads and crate diggers, street food enthusiasts or families looking for an alternative market to get the Christmas shopping done.
“Children are more than welcome to attend, with under 12s going completely free. Due to the license in the Town Hall we sadly can’t allow animals other than support dogs into the event.
“We will have multiple bars open across the venue; tying in with our partners at Madri as our beer offering. The main bars will be complemented by pop-up mojito and frozen margarita bars.
“Our chilli-cheese dogs always fly out the door, and don’t sleep on the hot honey chicken tenders!”
