Billie Faiers saw 'red mist' when stranger smacked her three-year-old son on plane
Billie Faiers has said she saw “red mist” when a stranger smacked her son during a flight.
The former TOWIE star, 32, said she and her businessman husband Greg Shepherd were jetting home from Dubai with their children Arthur and Nelly when it happened.
Arthur, who is now five, was around three at the time.

Speaking on her Sam and Billie Show podcast - which she hosts with sister Sam - Faiers said: “We were on the way back from Dubai and there was a family that was sat in front of us and Arthur was kicking off a bit, you know, as they do sometimes.
“Don’t get me wrong, this is really annoying. He was on my lap and I was trying to say 'calm down' and there was a woman sitting in front, a bit older, and he kicked the back of her seat. And I was like, ‘Oh God, so sorry.’
"Then he was having a bit of a tantrum, crying, she turned around and she smacked him. I swear to God.”
She went on: "I went, 'Excuse me!' I stood up… can you imagine? You know when you have the red mist where you’re shaking?
"She smacked him on his arm. I think she was German or something, she was saying stuff... but she turned around and she smacked him.”

Faiers said although the lady did not hurt her son she was “furious” that she had smacked him.
“When I mean I kicked off, I was going mental,” said the Mummy Diaries star.
Faiers has been with Shepherd for several years and they tied the knot in 2019. They welcomed daughter Nelly in 2014 and Arthur was born in 2019.
