Biokinetic sleeve gives personalized feedback to help improve golf swing

CTRL is a biokinetic sleeve that gives personalized feedback in order to help users improve upon their golf swing.

The innovative golf training tool carefully monitors a player’s swing using its signature “weightless” biokinetic sleeve in order to provide feedback on the three most important aspects of a golf swing: tempo, club face and club path.

According to its Indiegogo page, CTRL’s style of feedback was created to be understood by everyone — first-timers, regular golfers and pros — and uses simple language like “slow down your backswing” to help players pinpoint exactly what needs to be adjusted.

The high-tech sleeve was designed using a special fabric blend meant to conform to a player’s body and not interfere with movement. Two hyper-sensitive motion sensors magnetically snap onto the sleeve and turn on with a simple double-tap to deliver information to CTRL’s smartphone app.

The app also catalogs what’s working best for a user and promises greater control in as little as 30 swings. With the power of Verizon’s ultra-fast 5G wideband — which is 25 times faster than today’s 4G networks in the U.S. — CTRL’s precise, user-friendly feedback only stands to improve as the technology continues to develop.

CTRL has already raised $118,893 of its initial $10,000 flexible goal.
