Sarah Nicole Landry is opening up about living life to the fullest — no matter what you look like.

The Canadian influencer, also known as The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a body positive video that encouraged her 2.2 million followers to live "in the moment" and let go "of everyone else's opinions."

In the video, the mother-of-four hung out at the beach with one of her daughters. Landry kneeled on the ground and offered her little girl a sip of water from a "Frozen" water bottle. The duo laughed and hugged on the boardwalk as they soaked up the glittering sun.

The words: "When you finally lose the baby weight ... of everyone else's opinions and expectations," appeared on the screen.

The Guelph, Ont.-based content creator, who rocked a black two-piece swimsuit, gold hoop earrings and oversized sunglasses, is known for her body positive and postpartum content that encourages fans and mothers to enjoy life in their natural bodies — and this post is no exception.

"No redos, living in the moment for me, for them, for our memories. Not for the people who will forget us," she captioned the clip.

Fans were quick to weigh in on the empowering post, praising Landry for inspiring people to embrace and love their authentic selves.

"Not living for others anymore! Especially those who try to make us believe that our bodies correlate with our value and worth," commented a follower.

"This is another excellent representation of what we need to hear online," shared another.

"The wholesome content we all need. Love this, need this. What a beautiful reminder for people who are struggling with their bodies or self-confidence," said someone else.

"Yes! So important! Preach it! Because your health and happiness is what’s important. Same with making memories. Not what other people think about you," wrote another.
