Birmingham flashing incident prompts CCTV appeal to find man in ripped denim shorts
A CCTV image of a man who may have information about a flashing incident in Birmingham has been issued by police. It happened in Worlds End Lane in Quinton on Sunday, September 8.
A man indecently exposed himself at around 3am. West Midlands Police issued a pictured of a man in a street, with a car behind. He wore a sleeveless hoodie with the hood up and his arms bent but against his sides.
He also wore distinctive ripped denim shorts, with frayed edges visible, a black t-shirt and black shoes.

In issuing the CCTV appeal, a spokesperson for the force said: “Recognise this man? We need your help to identify this man, suspected of an indecent exposure incident in Quinton.
“It happened at around 3am on Sunday, September 8 in Worlds End Lane. The suspect is described as being in his early 20s, around 5ft 9ins tall."
