Bjork performs on Jools Holland in first TV performance for 8 years

Bjork was one of the guests on the latest episode of Later... With Jools Holland, marking her first TV performance in eight years.

She appeared with an ensemble of flautists for renditions of a track from her new album Utopia ("Courtship") and "The Anchor Song", from her 1993 album Debut.

The Icelandic artist provided fans with some idea of what they might expect from her upcoming headline slot at this Saturday (27 May)'s All Points East festival; surrounded by greenery and wearing a signature mask, she delivered a typically engrossing performance.

Bjork is set to release a three-track remix EP on 25 May which will feature re-workings of album cut "Arisen My Senses" from Jlin, Kelly Lee Owens and Lanark Artefax.

Also performing - with Jools on the piano - was emerging American alt-jazz singer Hailey Tuck with her song "That Don't Make It Junk".

Tuck is currently on a tour of Europe and the UK, which includes a slot at the Glasgow Jazz Festival on 21 June.
