Yahoo News Blac Chyna could face jail time following latest Rob Kardashian fall-out
Last week we were all left stunned when Rob Kardashian had a social media meltdown, sharing x-rated photos of his partner, Blac Chyna, and accusing her of cheating on him with multiple men.
Chyna has since appeared on Good Morning America to say that she felt “disrespected” and “betrayed” by the revenge porn, with the star being granted a restraining order against Rob until a scheduled court hearing on August 8.
However, in a bizarre turn of events, it has now been claimed that Chyna could be the one to face jail time after it was reported that she broke her non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the Kardashian family.
Following Chyna’s tell-all interview on ABC News, the station have claimed that when they reached out the Kardashian family for comment Kim simply replied with a copy of Chyna’s NDA, which she would have signed before appearing on the family’s hit E! show, ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’.
The agreement is said to read: “‘[Chyna] shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employee.”
Violating an NDA is legally considered a breach of contract and legal action could be taken against the persecutor, with penalties ranging from a fine all the way up to jail time.
Following Rob’s restraining order, the reality star is banned from publicly talking about Chyna and also must remain at least 100 yards away from his former partner.
Chyna and Rob have eight-month-old daughter Dream together, with Chyna also mum to four-year-old King Cairo, who she had with Rob’s step-sister’s ex-boyfriend, Tyga.
