Blackford brands PMs visit to Scotland a 'PR stunt'

SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford branded the Prime Minister "irresponsible" to "go ahead with what was a PR stunt" in visiting a Scottish plant which "had an outbreak of 14 Covid cases just 24 hours earlier". There were a number of cases reported at the Valneva site in Livingston ahead of the Prime Minister's visit last Thursday. "There are serious questions to answer" said Mr Blackford, "Did the PM and his advisers know about the Covid outbreak? When did they know and when did the PM make the irresponsible decision to go ahead with what was a PR stunt?"
