This Blind Cat Found Happiness Again After Years Of Neglect

A cat who lost both her eyes was facing a lifetime of misery - until she was rescued and showered with love.

Moet was taken to a pet shop in Oman where conditions were so awful that she didn’t have enough food or water and no bed to lie on.

Her dirty cage was cramped and she caught flu from a neighbouring cat, growing more sick with every passing day.

With no treatment offered to her, Moet eventually lost her eyesight and faced a bleak future.

However, things changed dramatically when she was rescued from the pet shop and taken away from the horrific conditions she was now used to.

Unfortunately she was now blind permanently and the decision was made to remove her eyes completely as they had become severely infected.

But she was given something she had never had before - love and affection and a new family she could finally call home.

A year later and Moet is a different moggy altogether, living happily alongside her human mum and two more rescue cats.

And she has even found a legion of fans on the Internet, who follow her every move on social media.

She even has her own T-shirt range, proving that you can be a star no matter what you look like.
