Blue Monday 2018 tips: How to meditate on your commute

Does your commute leave you feeling stressed and exhausted?

You're not alone. Everybody knows late trains and stuffy conditions don't lend themselves to a peaceful start or end to the day - especially in London when you’re also battling off never ending crowds.

The good news is, there are things you can do about it.

Meditation expert, Raspreet Sagoo, believes you can introduce a series of easy steps to calm yourself down and even relax whilst travelling.

Using methods such as clenching your fists and releasing them repeatedly can help your body to relieve unnecessary tension and doing something as simple as controlling your breathing is known to significantly help too.
