Bob the Drag Queen says she's NOT excited to watch 'Drag Race Down Under'
One thing about Bob The Drag Queen? She always keeps it real.
The comical RuPaul's Drag Race winner has shaded Drag Race Down Under quite a few times in the past, so the queens currently competing on show recently asked Bob to give the new season a chance.
While she reluctantly agreed, the star is not too thrilled by the idea.
"I am going to be watching the first episode of Down Under. I told the girls I would watch episode one. I haven't gotten around to it yet! We've been busy in America, I'm sure they can understand. I'm not excited, but I will watch it. I'm a man of my word," Bob tells PRIDE.
It's understandable that Bob hasn't had a chance to watch the new season as she's been busier than ever.
Not only does she host her successful podcast Sibling Rivalry with Monét X Change, but she's also traveling across the US on her This is Wild Tour.
"I'm really proud of this tour. I'm doing a really good job. People seem to be responding really well. It is comedy and I'm funny, so how apropos. This is my love letter to millennials for sure."
Plus, Bob has been invested in the presidential election like the rest of us this week. Following the results, she's hilariously blaming Moo Deng for Donald Trump's win.
"Moo Deng is officially on my sh** list. It's a wrap for that hippo. We're going to find out if hippo tastes like bacon."
If you're overwhelmed by Bob's schedule, then gear up for her other two big projects in the works.
Over the past four years, the queen wrote her debut novel, Harriet Tubman: Live in Concert, that serves as a dynamic story about love, freedom, salvation, and hip-hop.
"It is a novel about Harriet Tubman coming back to life and writing a hip-hop album to continue her work of abolition! I couldn't be more proud."
Finally, fans will get to see Bob back on their TV screens this January as the new season of The Traitors premieres. While she's joining an all-star cast of reality TV legends, this queen didn't even know any of her costars while filming.
"The truth is, I didn't know who any of them were! I did not know a single one of those people and I'm not being shady. That's just me being honest!"
