Bobcat Fire Burns Near Islip Saddle in Angeles National Forest, California

The Bobcat Fire burned near California’s Islip Saddle, a major trail head and access point in the Angeles National Forest, on September 16.

Footage uploaded to Twitter shows the fire smoldering in the forest, with Caltrans District 8 writing: “Just a reminder, Bobcat fire closures still remain in place.”
