Body of missing man found in wooded area
A body has been found in search for a missing man. Jaroslav Novotny, 44, was last seen driving along Gorsey Lane in St Helens at 4.50pm on Thursday, September 12.
Merseyside Police confirmed today, Thursday, September 26, a body was found in a wooded area off Reginald Road. The body has been formally identified as the missing Jaroslav Novotny.
The death of Jaroslav is not being treated as suspicious and has been referred to the Coroner’s office, police said. Police previously said Jaroslav was known to frequent local fishing areas including Collier Croft and Clock Face County Park in St Helens.
