Bonfire Night 2024: The firework displays taking place across North Wales

Remember, Remember, the 5th of November! There will be fireworks displays and bonfires to enjoy, as the dark nights draw in and the run up to Christmas begins.

It's a fantastic tradition, that never fails to bring a warm wonderous smile, amid the cold evenings and this year North Wales will be hosting a number of bonfire night events for people to enjoy, across the region.

Gwynedd

Criccieth: Dylan's Fireworks Night - Criccieth. Taking place on Friday November 1 at the Esplanande, Criccieth Beach, with food, drinks and live music, from 5pm - 9.30pm. For more information, click here.

Barmouth: The Barmouth Community Bonfire & Fireworks Display is scheduled to take place on Saturday November 2, from 6pm. To donate and for more information, click here.

Conwy and Denbighshire

Llandudno: Enjoy a superb professional fireworks display set off in Llandudno Bay at 6.30pm on Sunday November 3. If the weather is adverse, the display will be rescheduled for Monday 4 November at 6.30pm. For more information, click here.

Colwyn Bay: A fireworks display will take place Colwyn Bay Promenade between Porth Eirias and the Pier. Organised by the Bay of Colwyn Town Council. Donations welcomed. No sparklers please. Monday November 4: 7-8pm. For more information, click here.

Corwen: Llangollen Railway are organising a firework display with a difference! Hop aboard the Ride the Rocket train for an exciting evening journey from Llangollen to Corwen. In collaboration with Corwen Town Council, there will be two spectacular firework displays on the Memorial Field, just a short walk from Corwen Station. The non-stop express train departs Llangollen at 6pm. After the dazzling displays, the return train will depart Corwen around 8:15 PM, arriving back in Llangollen at approximately 8:45pm. Abergele:

Abergele Town Council's Fireworks Display will be taking place on Saturday November 2 at Pensarn Beach. Low level noise display 6.15pm, main display 7.30pm. Donations to British Heart Foundation. For more information, click here.

Wrexham and Flintshire

Firework display on Bonfire/Guy Fawkes Night 2019 on The Common in Buckley, Tuesday 5th November 2019. Thousands of people enjoy firework displays across North Wales. While many enjoyed their own Bonfire Night celebrations, others attended major public displays as far afield as Buckley, Caernarfon, Rhyl, Wrexham, Holyhead and Colwyn Bay.

Marchwiel: Wrexham Bonfire & Fireworks Display will feature fairground rides, delicious hot food, drinks, and sweet treats for everyone to enjoy on Sunday November 3. The bonfire will be lit at 6pm, with the fireworks show kicking off by 7:30pm. Gates open at 4pm at Penyllan Farm, Marchwiel, Wrexham, LL13 0PF. Tickets are £5 per person, and under 3’s go free. It’s a cash-only event, but free parking is available. For more information, click here.
