Booking.com's House of Sparkle promises the most glittery night of your life

Looking for a super duper festive London staycation?

You’re in luck.

British fashion designer Christian Cowan, famous for dressing the likes of Lady Gaga, Cadi B and Beyoncé in his super glam designs, has teamed up with Booking.com to create the most fabulously festive and sparkly staycation spot in London, The House of Sparkle.

Stationed in the heart of London’s Soho, the townhouse’s façade is covered with 36,000 gold sequins and inside it’s been doused in 100kgs of sustainable glitter, 2 kilometers of metallic streamers and 52,000 mirror ball facets.

So, you know, it's pretty sparkly.

The good news? You can book a room for just £99 a night.

The bad news? It only sleeps two people, and it’s only open for three nights, on December 7, 8 and 9, so getting one of those rooms is going to be a bit tricky.

“My designs typically feature a bit of cheeky humour mixed with a youthful take on how modern-day women can dress - transforming them into something truly head-turning,” says Cowan, who took his inspiration for the project from his latest collection, which was heavy on the shimmer, drama and glamour

“I’ve had so much fun collaborating with Booking.com on the townhouse design – this is the first time I’ve channelled my vision into an amazing place to stay.”

Of the 5.7 million options for places to stay on Booking.com, this has got to be the sparkliest.

The House of Sparkle is located at 19 Greek Street, W1D 4DT and will open bookings for its 7 December stay on 22 November at 10 a.m. GMT.

Booking for the stays on 8 and 9 December will be released at 10 a.m. GMT on the 27 November and 3 December respectively.
