Whether you’re a fan of action, sci-fi, romance, or comedy, we can all agree that some of the best titles in television and movies are based on literature. Graphic novels, epic romances and mysteries have all provided the inspiration for countless titles that keep us all entertained.

One recent study explored the link between books and entertainment, and actually found that two-thirds of Canadians even say the best television shows and movies are based on books. In partnership with Indigo, the Ipsos study revealed that one in three of us have even postponed watching a TV series or movie so they could read the book it was based on first.
