Boris Johnson's final day of campaigning didn't get off to the best of starts.
The Prime Minister began the day early with another choreographed appearance for the cameras, this time delivering milk from a local farm.
One of the reporters who was broadcasting live at the time, Good Morning Britain's Jonathan Swain, broke out of the media gaggle and approached the PM to ask if he would do a live interview with Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.
Instead, the millions of people watching live were treated to some foul language from one of Johnson's aides who mouthed "oh for f***'s sake".
The exchange led to gasps in the GMB studio and despite being led away by the aide, Swain continued to pursue the PM, pressing him for an interview.
At which point, Johnson mouthed something to the reporter before quickly retreating into the freezer with his aides.
"He's gone into the fridge", piers said, before delivering his verdict on Twitter.
