Boris Tells Taxi Driver: 'F*** Off And Die'

Boris Johnson has refused to say sorry after being filmed swearing at a taxi driver during a late-night street row in London.

The London Mayor was cycling home after a dinner, when a cabbie spotted him and decided to give him a piece of his mind.

But Mr Johnson gave as good as he got, shouting back: "F*** off and die."

Asked whether he would apologise for the comments to the driver, Mr Johnson said: "I think it comes under the heading of getting the ball back over the net.

"It was a gentle attempt at return of serve. That's what it was."

The driver was angry over what he felt was the MP's lack of support for black cab drivers in their struggle with Uber - the popular minicab booking website.

In a video obtained by the Daily Mail and The Sun, he gesticulates vigorously with his hand while shouting "You're one of them."

During the confrontation just after midnight in Islington, North London, Mr Johnson responds for a second time: "Why don't you f*** off and die - and not in that order."
