It's no secret that Surrey is a pricey place to make a home purchase. Whether you're jumping on the property ladder, or are looking to move into the county for its conveniently close links to the city, it's all about location.

While many have a solid image of Surrey depicting fields, hills and quaint little villages, it's a very diverse place. Whether it's a bustling town you're after, or a remote hamlet, there is something for everyone.

A new report has now been released by Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels, ranking neighbourhoods in Surrey to find the most expensive and cheapest. The report is based on the average house price and total house sales the year ending March 2024.
