Slaven Bilic & Co. travel to the Vitality Stadium on Saturday without a victory in three games, and face a team who ended a four-match losing streak by holding Manchester United to a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford with 10 men.
A loss at the London Stadium looks to have ended the Hammers faint hopes of snatching a Europa League place next season and will now be aiming for finishing as high up the table as possible.
Bournemouth are without a win in the league in 2017, with the outside threat of a relegation battle looming stronger as the weeks pass without three points bagged.
West Ham won the home fixture in August and the corresponding game last season.

Bournemouth are expected to be without Tyron Mings after the defender was charged with stamping on Zlatan Ibrahimovic's head, though the club appealed the ruling on Tuesday. A concern over a knee injury could also rule Mings out of the game.
Elsewhere, Andy Surman is suspended after picking up two yellow cards. Simon Francis (hamstring) and Junior Stanislas (groin) are nearing first-team returns but Saturday's game is likely to come too soon.
Baily Cargill made his Premier League debut when coming on for Mings against United and could deputise again this weekend.
Winston Reid limped out of Monday's loss with cramp but is expected to be fit to face Bournemouth.
Slaven Bilic otherwise does not face any other selection concerns aside from long-term absentees Diafra Sakho and Gokhan Tore.
