Boy, 13, rushed to hospital after being stabbed in Kentish Town
A 13-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed on a main road in north London.
An air ambulance was called to Kentish Town Road around 10.25pm on Monday, along with police and paramedics in road ambulances.
The first paramedics arrived within four minutes, said London Ambulance Service (LAS).
“Our crews treated a teenager at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road as a priority,” said an LAS spokesperson.
Police confirmed on Tuesday the boy’s injuries were “not life-threatening or life-changing”.
Police have launched an investigation into the stabbing, which happened near Kentish Town Road’s junction with Prince of Wales Road.
