The Boys is finally releasing the merch the fans have been waiting for: a Funko POP! set.
While it's fair to say viewers probably wouldn't want to hang around with most of the real morally-corrupt superheroes from Amazon Prime Video's hit series, pint-sized collectible versions are just about perfect.
Funko is releasing a huge collection of POP!s to celebrate the second season, with the full set scheduled to drop on August 13, 2020. And for a limited time, they are all on sale from our friends at Forbidden Planet for just £9.99 each!
And when we mentioned the set is huge, we weren't exaggerating. In the first wave, fans of The Boys can get several members of The Seven — a classic Homelander (as well angry Homelander), Translucent, A Train, Starlight and Queen Maeve.
Sadly, Funko hasn't released a POP! for Hughie's dad, played by Simon Pegg. This might be the case because Pegg has revealed he will not be returning for the second season.
"They got me out of the way," he recently admitted to Collider. "I did my little bit. It was very fun to do that show. I was pleased to be a part of it."
Though The Boys doesn't yet have a second season premiere date, Karl Urban did recently hint that it would have a mid-year debut on Amazon Prime Video – though this was before the slew of TV and film delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The Boys season one is now available on Amazon Prime Video.
