Described as "part college show, part Hunger Games", Gen V follows a group of students who attend the Godolkin University for Supes, played by stars including Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, Chance Perdomo, Shelley Conn, and Maddie Phillips.
The R-rated series is set to explore the lives of these "hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities".
The final trailer for the show was released yesterday (September 7), revealing that it doesn't shy away from all of the blood, gore and outrageousness that the flagship series has become known for.

Gen V is set at the same time as the upcoming fourth season of The Boys, which Simon Pegg has said will be "crazier" than ever before.
"You know how crazy The Boys is? It's gonna get crazier. I had so much fun on that show. It was so great to go back and play Hugh Sr. I love Jack [Quaid]," he told Collider.
"It was great to work with Rosemarie DeWitt, who plays Hughie’s mom, who comes back. It's going to be great. You're gonna love it."
Gen V will be released on September 29 on Prime Video. The Boys seasons 1-3 are streaming on Prime Video. Season 4 is in production.
