Boyzone documentary has fans in tears as they watch heartbreaking final scene
Boyzone enthusiasts have been left wiping away tears after tuning into the explosive new documentary about the beloved Irish boyband, Boyzone: No Matter What. The film delves into the band's rollercoaster journey to fame over 19 years.
There are fresh interviews from Keith Duffy, Stephen Gately, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch, as well as their manager Louis Walsh. The band broke up for good after a final tour in 2019.
They split after arguments, and a desire to pursue solo careers outside of the band. But a bitter moment between Keith and Mikey has shocked fans.

In a poignant moment from the series, viewers see Ronan, Keith, and Shane sharing a pint in a show of camaraderie, but Mikey is notably absent. The documentary doesn't shy away from discussing Mikey's mental health struggles during the band's peak.
The farewell tour revealed tensions within the band, particularly between Ronan and Mikey and the party-loving duo of Keith and Shane. Ronan described an incident where the revelry took a messy turn: "They had been out all day, drinking all day and it was messy."
It appears their disagreements escalated as well, culminating in a serious clash between Keith and Mikey in the dressing room. Keith chose to remain tight-lipped about the details, stating simply: "There were things that had happened that were cruel and I'm not going to express any more than that. One of my biggest regrets is how much I clashed with Mikey."
Mikey commented: "I just wanted to get out and get away from that toxic environment. It didn't have to be that way if we all had better skills at understanding each other better. I am so grateful for all I have endured, good and bad, because it's brought me to be the man I am today."
Shane later disclosed he hasn’t seen or spoken to Mikey in four years, and the 52 year old was noticeably absent from the official screening of their show last week. The Raheny native has previously been open with his struggles in the spotlight, and how being snubbed for the lead singer led him to alcohol dependency.
He opened up in the documentary about feeling snubbed after he sang co-lead with Stephen on their first track before being replaced by Ronan for their next single, Love Me For A Reason. "I was upset about it at the time," Mikey told the documentary. I tried to convey that but it fell upon deaf ears.
"It was a hard struggle for me through the years. My confidence that I had beforehand about music fell through the floor. It was a bit heartbreaking, I’ll be honest with you, when you see an audience full of posters for Stephen and Ronan and Shane and Keith… and then you might see the odd one with Mikey."
