According to those in the know at TMZ, Angelina will have temporary physical custody of all six children for the next three weeks, before the Los Angeles County Department Of Children And Family Services review the case again.

The agreement also stipulates that Brad will be allowed an initial visit to the home, monitored by a therapist, before being assessed to see if they should remain present for future visits.

Sources close to the family have also agreed that Brad has agreed to random drug and alcohol tests – all completely voluntarily – whilst the entire family will undergo counselling to help them through this process.

Brad and Angelina are parents to Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Speaking to the Mirror Online, a source said: “The temporary agreement will last until October 20, and it is completely voluntary with a structured decision-making plan.

"Both stars voluntarily agreed to take part in counselling, and no permanent agreement has been made on full physical or legal custody.”

“There has been no ruling, this was just a completely voluntary agreement.”

It comes after Brad Pitt failed to attend the premiere of his new film, ‘Voyage of Time’, because he doesn’t want his high-profile split from Angelina to detract attention away from the movie.

Brad and Angelina shocked the world when they confirmed their split last week, with Angelina filing for divorce following an unknown “incident”.
