Bradlee Glen Alboni-Odell: Well-wishers raise thousands to support family of teenager killed in Feltham crash

More than £3,000 has been raised by well-wishers for the family of a 14-year-old boy who was killed in a moped crash.

Bradlee Glen Alboni-Odell was a passenger on a scooter involved in a fatal crash in Glebelands Road, Feltham, last Saturday.

A week after his death, a fundraising page has raised thousands of pounds to support his family and help pay for his funeral.

Writing on the GoFundMe page, family friend Sophie Allen wrote: "Bradlee's poor mum is not only grieving his loss, but she has other children depending on her and has just been made redundant.

"At a time like this we all want to help but feel powerless and don't know how to help, but maybe we can."

She said the money will be used to give him a "beautiful send-off".

Police officers were called to the scene in Feltham alongside paramedics and an air ambulance at 7.05pm on August 10.

It is not believed any other vehicles were involved in the crash.

The rider, 17, left on the moped before police arrived. He then attended a west London hospital for treatment.

He was later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, before being bailed until early September.

Neither passengers were wearing crash helmets, police said.
